Post by Slyfox Yeah the best thing you can do is wait. My first account got banned when I reported it for hacking don't trust powerlevelers, I never did again , and I actually never got it back. There's a long long process that you have to go through proving that it is in fact your account. I just took a month break and bought another one. I changed my password, looked for viruses, etc. I contacted Blizzard Support and reported the problem. Shortly after, I got a response saying that my case was being taken under consideration.
The inquiry is still going on but my account continues to be permanently banned and I'm not getting any feedback from Blizzard. Is this SOP for compromised account inquiries or is my problem an anomaly?
The two are unrelated. The second department probably Account Adminstration are responsible for banning all those goldspamming level1 toons called xrreyysdhaydaa who are made on hacked accounts so they can spam trade. You may have contacted the wrong department when you reported your hacking, Account Administration are the chaps you want :.
